You will enhance the backend of an image recognition platform in Amsterdam. This role involves high-volume data processing and optimizing system performance.

Details

Amsterdam, hybrid work
€4,000–€5,500 gross per month, depending on experience
32–40 hours per week
2+ years of backend engineering experience

The work

Build and maintain the backend in Elixir and Phoenix
Develop pipelines for processing up to 500,000 images per day
Optimize PostgreSQL queries and schema design
Maintain CI/CD, Docker, queueing, monitoring and testing
