Details
- Leeds, work from office 2-3 days a week
- 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or equivalent
- Experience in technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting or financial services preferred
The work
- Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and supplier contracts
- Draft and negotiate IT/tech and professional services agreements
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable law and industry regulations
- Provide support on other legal matters on an ad hoc basis
