You will support the Integrations Management team by configuring API gateways and resolving technical issues. This role offers flexible hours to accommodate your studies while working in a collaborative environment.

Configure API gateways in hospitals to ensure reliable operation
Process incoming support tickets and identify technical issues
Monitor API gateways and troubleshoot problems using Datadog
Create bug tickets and communicate updates to the team
