Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management
Fluent in German and English
Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce

Guide enterprise customers from trial to contract and throughout their customer lifetime
Analyze account health and implement targeted measures for improvement
Prepare for contract renewals and identify potential churn risks
Manage internal and cross-functional projects to enhance the Customer Success area
