You will lead the creative strategy and quality standards for three brands while working closely with content and performance marketing. This role allows for flexible remote work and requires a strong background in creative leadership and data-driven decision-making.

20–35 hours per week, freelance or full-time
Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Strategy or related fields
Fluent in German and good English skills

Translate performance marketing data into actionable creative guidelines
Develop and manage a structured testing framework
Oversee the final approval of creatives and ensure quality standards
Coordinate content pipeline and prioritize based on business goals
