Strong SQL and Python skills required
Experience measuring marketing effectiveness, especially offline channels

Design and run measurement for offline campaigns
Partner with Marketing leadership to identify test channels
Build models combining offline and digital marketing data
Collaborate with Growth Data team for consistent measurement
