You will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers in military planning software. This role involves maintaining product proficiency and facilitating user adoption of new features.

€150K – €180K salary with equity and bonus
Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
Experience in operational planning within a military context

The work

Communicate user needs to the product team
Deliver ongoing training to ensure user adoption of new capabilities
Identify gaps in workflows and drive adoption through user coaching
Coordinate with customers and product engineering during incidents
