Location: Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, remote-first
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Fluent in German and English

Run onboarding and growth across ElevenLabs' platform and tools
Advise customers on production deployment and monitor performance data
Own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business
Identify and manage expansion opportunities, renewals, and upsells
