You will coordinate the delivery of legal documents as a Dispatch Coordinator. This remote role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

Details

Remote, located in Louisiana
$18.00 per hour
1–2 years of experience in dispatching or customer service
Full-time, Thursday-Monday from 8am-5pm CST

The work

Monitor task board for unclaimed jobs
Communicate with servers to claim jobs using various tools
Identify and resolve issues preventing job claims
Report trends in stuck jobs and notify recruiters of coverage needs
