Join our team as a Maintenance Technician 3 at The Coleman in Canal Winchester, Ohio. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various operational and mechanical needs of the property.

Canal Winchester, OH, on-site position
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with emergency on-call rotation
1+ years of related experience required
EPA Type I & II certification required

The work

Perform intermediate level troubleshooting and repairs across various maintenance trades
Manage inventory associated with unit turnovers
Respond to periodic after hours emergency maintenance requests
Participate in the property’s preventative maintenance plan
