You will provide detailed service to firms on our platform, enhancing their growth and client relationships. This role requires in-person attendance in Clearwater, FL or Westlake, TX at least three days a week.

Understand each Advisor relationship, including firm structure and key decision makers
Educate Advisors on platform changes and efficient business practices
Leverage internal technology to identify trends and provide actionable feedback
Meet regularly with firms to deepen relationships and increase loyalty
