Join Kertos as a Customer Success Manager in Munich to help clients maximize the value of our compliance platform. You'll build strong relationships and guide customers through their certification processes.

Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

The work

Onboard new customers and ensure they gain value from the Kertos platform
Guide customers through the certification process with InfoSec and privacy experts
Develop Customer Success processes to align with company growth
Translate customer feedback into product insights and collaborate with the Product Team
