Job description

You will lead a team in a call center to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on both service and sales outcomes.

3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a contact center environment
1+ year of supervisory or people management experience
Ability to work Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM–11:00 PM MST
