Job description

As a Werkstudent in Sales Development, you will drive new customer acquisition for Tilta. Your main tool will be the phone, reaching out to CFOs and decision-makers to generate qualified leads.

Berlin, work from office
€17 per hour plus performance-based commission
12–20 hours per week, at least 3 days
C1 level German required

Conduct outbound calls to target medium-sized companies
Engage with executives to understand their needs and qualify leads
Schedule demo appointments for the management team
