You will support recruiting efforts by identifying top talent for executive positions. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow into a recruiting or executive search position.

20 hours/week
Ongoing studies in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar
Very good German language skills required

The work

Active sourcing of candidates for executive roles via LinkedIn and other channels
Research and identify suitable candidates for executive search mandates
Conduct initial video interviews for candidate screening
Maintain talent pools and document all search activities
