Join FINE DINE as a Senior Talent Partner to shape the future of our team and company growth. You will be responsible for recruiting key hires and building a sustainable recruitment system in Ulm.

Details

Ulm, work from office
€60,000 fixed + €10,000 variable, total €70,000 OTE
Experience in recruiting, ideally in-house in a start-up or scale-up
Skills in active sourcing and data-driven decision making

The work

Manage recruiting for approximately 5 roles per year from need assessment to offer
Conduct active sourcing to find key hires through LinkedIn and your network
Build a recruitment system including pipelines, scorecards, and KPIs
Support founders as a sparring partner with data-driven insights
