Job description

You will help establish HR operations for Ekipa Agency, a Berlin-based artist booking agency. This freelance role allows for remote work and flexible hours.

Details

Remote work available
4-month contract starting November 1, 2026, approximately 2 hours per week
Experience as an HR consultant or in a similar HR leadership role

The work

Develop and implement foundational HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance on German labor law for freelancers and small businesses
Consult on talent acquisition strategies and onboarding processes
Establish a scalable HR structure for future expansion
