Join NTT DATA as a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Customer Service transformation program. This role requires strong experience in Contact Center technologies and business analysis.

LATAM, 100% remote
$30-33 per hour, based on experience
5+ years of Business Analysis experience

The work

Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders
Facilitate workshops to identify gaps and define future-state capabilities
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning
