2–12 years of relevant legal experience
Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law

The work

Lead subsidiary governance projects across multiple countries
Draft and review corporate agreements and resolutions
Assist with preparation of board and committee materials
Provide legal support for securities and stock exchange compliance
