Job description

You will manage onboarding for new customers in cybersecurity, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption. This role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver quality onboarding experiences.

Details

Munich, in-office with a minimum of 2 days per week
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or Cyber Threat Intelligence
Up to 50% travel required
Fluent in English, additional languages (German and Spanish) are a plus

The work

Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects/accounts
Conduct onboarding meetings, product demos, and training sessions
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
Gather client feedback to improve the onboarding process
