Job description

You will design and lead scalable customer enablement programs at Maltego's Munich office. This role focuses on helping customers adopt and expand their use of Maltego products through various learning experiences.

Details

Munich, in-office with a minimum of 2 days per week
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles
Professional proficiency in English

Own the scaled enablement motion and design repeatable programs
Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, and cohort-based training
Create and maintain high-quality enablement content
Analyze customer engagement and product adoption data
