Join AlphaSense as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to enhance system reliability and performance. You will lead initiatives to embed SRE practices and mentor fellow engineers in Delhi.

Delhi, work from office
8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar
Hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes

Architect frameworks for service reliability in a 'You Build It, You Run It' culture
Drive AIOps strategy for automating diagnostics and proactive failure prevention
Lead incident management during critical events and ensure blameless postmortems
Deliver end-to-end monitoring and profiling to optimize performance
