Long-term experience in controlling or finance required
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)

Analyze financial metrics and implement measures for efficiency and productivity improvement
Act as a business partner for management and support strategic decisions
Manage budget, forecast, and business planning processes
Ensure timely and high-quality internal and external reporting
