Job description

You will assist customers with their contact lens purchases through chat and email while working remotely. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Details

Remote work from approved states: Utah, North Carolina, Texas
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus potential of up to $6/hr
Full-time (40 hours per week)
2-3 years minimum customer service experience

The work

Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, totaling roughly 40 chats per shift
Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases
Reply to incoming emails or messages from customers as needed
Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per chat and quality
