Join 12twenty as an Account Manager to enhance employer partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. You'll work remotely to build relationships and support clients in achieving their hiring goals.

$80k - $85k base salary, $100k - $105k OTE
4-6 years in account management, customer success, sales, and/or project management
Bachelor’s degree

The work

Serve as the primary post-sale contact for employers
Own client retention and minimize churn
Identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Prepare and facilitate account reviews and training sessions
