Cologne, work from office (min. 3 days a week)
Experience through internships or work in agency and creator management
Fluent in German

The work

Expand the existing creator pool through sourcing and outreach
Research and identify new UGC creators on TikTok and Instagram
Manage communication with creators from contact to content delivery
Create UGC contracts and maintain the creator database
