You will manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships in a growing aerospace startup in Germany. This role involves developing procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Germany, on-site
€55K – €65K salary, bonuses, and equity
Proven procurement experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments
Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable

The work

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including quotations and delivery follow-up
Build and manage supplier relationships and support negotiations
Coordinate supplier contracts and maintain accurate procurement records
Help establish standardized procurement processes
