You will establish the legal function at Emergent, supporting various legal aspects of the business. This role involves working closely with leadership on contracts, compliance, and intellectual property matters.

Qualified lawyer with an LLB and enrollment with the Bar Council of India

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Own data privacy and protection compliance across jurisdictions
Advise on intellectual property strategy
Support corporate matters including fundraising and governance
