Job description

You will ensure a smooth experience for merchants and consumers at Alma in Lille. Your role involves supporting users and improving operational processes.

Details

Lille, in-office with 2 days remote work per week
Occasional weekend shifts required (approximately twice per quarter)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
First experience in customer support or operations is a plus

The work

Handle complex requests from merchants and consumers via email and phone
Guide users in the use of Alma’s payment solutions
Manage debt collection actions and follow up on payment delays
Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes
