You will gain practical experience in HR management while supporting the digitalization of HR processes. This position is part-time, allowing you to balance work with your studies.

  • Currently studying HR management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Business) Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office

The work

  • Assist in implementing and introducing digital HR processes
  • Digitize and maintain personnel files
  • Create and edit employment references and other HR-related documents
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
