You will support HR processes and office organization while working closely with the HR and Finance teams in Köln. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that integrates AI into HR operations.

Details

Köln, work from office
€17/hour for 20 hours per week
Must be an enrolled student for at least two more semesters
C2-level German required, English proficiency needed for meetings

The work

Assist with employee lifecycle processes like onboarding and offboarding
Maintain and organize contracts and documents
Support office operations including mail and orders
Help plan internal company events
