Job description
Join our business operations team as a clinical systems analyst in Montreal. You'll support the implementation and maintenance of clinical trial systems while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Details

- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Canadian clinical trial regulations
The work
- Provide daily training, support, and troubleshooting for clinical systems users
- Write and execute validation test scripts to ensure system modifications meet GxP requirements
- Collaborate with vendors on configuration changes and issue resolution
- Identify issues and trends affecting systems and determine necessary actions
