- $72,600 - $110,400 base salary for Level I; $80,000 - $137,800 for Level II
- Annual performance-based incentive: 12% for Level I, 15% for Level II
- Bachelor’s degree in business or ag-related field required
The work
- Market and sell loans and financial services to customers
- Conduct customer visits to evaluate loan collateral and management practices
- Prepare credit analyses and make quality credit decisions
- Service assigned accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and asset returns
