You will support customers with the onboarding of smart energy devices in Berlin. This role involves technical support and self-service responsibilities in the energy management sector.

Ongoing studies, ideally in engineering or business-related fields
Technical experience in support or energy sector is a plus

The work

Handle technical support cases related to energy management systems
Analyze and document technical issues and system data
Develop AI-supported self-service solutions and workflows
Maintain the Salesforce Knowledge Base and assist internal teams
