You will support the team in IT service management and process optimization in Munich. This role involves analyzing processes and developing solutions to enhance digital products.

Munich, work from office
Up to 20 hours per week for at least 6 months
Advanced Bachelor's or Master's student in relevant fields
Very good German and good English skills
