Job description

Join Vay as a Senior Software Engineer to enhance the networking systems for remote driving technology. You'll work on optimizing data transport between vehicles and telestations in a hands-on engineering role.

Berlin, work from office
Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or later)
Experience working in Linux-based environments
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP, UDP)

The work

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance network stack for data transport
Integrate the Vay network stack into various hardware and software platforms
Profile and optimize the performance of the system
Triage incidents from the production system and create fixes/improvements
