$90,000 to $110,000 annual salary
4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success/Experience Operations or Business Operations

The work

Identify and scope new automation and AI initiatives for the CX organization
Partner with Business Systems and Engineering on infrastructure-level builds
Diagnose and rebuild underperforming workflows in existing systems
Increase adoption of new workflows through training and documentation
