You will manage key partnerships and drive the fintech product agenda at 8am. This role involves strategic oversight and collaboration across various teams to enhance payment solutions.

Remote - US
$150,000 to $175,000 salary
10–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development
Willingness to travel periodically (~20%)

The work

Own and grow a portfolio of multinational partners for strategy and commercial outcomes
Scale 8am’s embedded finance and fintech product initiatives from strategy to launch
Negotiate and execute commercial agreements to improve growth and unlock new capabilities
Measure and report on partnership performance to provide insights to leadership
