Job description

Join our Revenue team as a Billing Specialist, managing the entire billing process remotely from Colombia. You'll ensure accurate invoicing, handle payments, and improve automation using Stripe.

The work

Own the end-to-end billing process and audit invoicing for accuracy
Manage subscription billing in Stripe, including recurring payments and tax configurations
Reconcile transactions and resolve billing discrepancies
Build billing and payment reports and identify process improvements
