Job description

Join a dynamic People & Culture team in Berlin and support HR processes while developing your skills. This trainee position offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and recruitment.

Berlin, work from office
40 hours per week
18-month trainee program
1+ internship in HR or related field required

The work

Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Assist in optimizing HR processes and contribute ideas for AI tool usage
Manage recruitment processes from job posting to contract signing
Help with internal communication and organize company events
