You will lead Affirm's global vendor operations program to enhance customer service across a large network. This role involves strategic oversight and collaboration with various teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

The work

Define and execute the long-term strategy for the global customer operations vendor network
Reinvent how customer issues are resolved across the vendor network
Own overall vendor network performance across servicing functions
Lead and develop a team of Vendor Managers and In-Country Vendor Managers
