Los Angeles, California, remote work
$60-80 per hour
Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC license in TX, FL, and/or PA
3+ years of clinical experience, 1+ years in telehealth

The work

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to older adults
Support patients in building sustainable routines for health
Document patient information using EMR
Collaborate with care coordinators and other clinicians on care plans
