Join Upvest as a Client Experience Intern in Berlin, where you'll help design and run processes for a new state-subsidised pension product. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a financial product from the ground up.

Minimum 6 months availability
Fluent in German (C1 or above) and comfortable in English

The work

Support clients by preparing clear answers to questions about subsidies and transfers
Help run core AVD operations like contract registration and payment reconciliation
Document workflows and build guides for processes
Assist in error handling and identify patterns in recurring issues
