Job description

Join Upvest as an Operations Intern to help build the operational infrastructure for Germany's new private pension system. You'll support daily operations and contribute to process documentation before the product launch.

Details

Berlin, work from office
Minimum 4 months availability, 6 preferred
Fluent in German (C1 or above) and comfortable in English
Student in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field

The work

Support day-to-day AVD operations, including contract registration and payment reconciliation
Help build playbooks and document workflows for the new pension product
Assist in error handling and identify patterns in recurring issues
Prepare clear answers for client teams regarding subsidies and transfers
