Must reside in Washington or Oregon
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred

Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy and medical benefit structures
Provide guidance on prior authorization and appeals for prescription medications
Counsel members on coverage and financial assistance options
Analyze claims against benefit guidelines and maintain documentation
