You will assist patrons with ticket distribution and provide information about events at the Midland Theater. This role supports the Box Office Manager and involves various customer service tasks.

The work

Assist customers with ticketing software and various payment methods
Manage will call and guest list, checking IDs and distributing tickets
Answer phone inquiries about shows and ticket information
Reconcile sales and will call receipts, providing information to accounting and operations teams
