You will provide IT support to employees in a hybrid role based in Coimbatore. Your focus will be on troubleshooting and maintaining IT services and hardware.

4-6 years of IT support or system administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

The work

Provide on-site and remote IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat
Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting for macOS and Windows systems
Support and maintain IT services such as MDM, Google Workspace, and Slack
Conduct new hire onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning accounts
