8+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

The work

Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating agreements
Serve as the primary legal owner of data privacy compliance
Partner with HR to provide legal guidance on employment matters
Assist with board and equity matters and manage relationships with external counsel
