Experience managing a $100M+ business
Native Mandarin and business-fluent English

The work

Own the full regional P&L: revenue, margin, and budget against plan
Set multi-year regional strategy and prioritize verticals and segments
Build and lead a regional leadership team across various functions
Negotiate strategic partnerships with major platforms and agencies in China
