5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
Strong expertise in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce

Own the annual and quarterly revenue planning process
Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team
Design and enforce consistent sales processes across all GTM segments
Build and maintain a comprehensive GTM analytics function
